We offer international shipping! All orders are shipped from Canada via Canada Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
All sales are final. We only accept refunds and exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.
In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact us here within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers must include a description of the issue, and later must send an image, and order number of the damaged/incorrect product. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement or refund is placed and sent out.
