Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.  We only accept refunds and exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact us here within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers must include a description of the issue, and later must send an image, and order number of the damaged/incorrect product. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement or refund is placed and sent out.
